Improve lumbar flexibility, enhance flexibility around the pelvis, stretch the gluteus maximus, and stretch the multifidus


Target

Reduced lumbar flexibility, tendency for lumbar hyperextension, swayback, lower back pain


Muscles that can be stretched

Gluteus maximus, multifidus
