Strengthening the shoulder girdle


Target

Shoulder muscle weakness, decreased scapular stability, rounded shoulders (kyphosis)


Muscles that can be trained

広背筋、菱形筋、三角筋、僧帽筋


Muscles that can be stretched

Latissimus dorsi, rhomboids, deltoid, trapezius
