Strengthening cardiopulmonary function, strengthening bones, improving blood pressure, enhancing circulation, strengthening lower limb muscles


Target

Hypertension, decreased endurance, decreased cardiopulmonary function, lower limb muscle weakness, cardiovascular diseases, lack of exercise, obesity, lower back pain


Muscles that can be trained

Quadriceps, gluteus maximus, hamstrings, triceps surae
