Strengthening lower limb muscles, improving posture, correcting rounded shoulders (kyphosis)


Target

Lower limb muscle weakness, hunchback (hyperkyphosis), rounded shoulders (kyphosis)


Muscles that can be trained

Quadriceps, triceps surae, hamstrings, gluteus maximus
