Purpose of the excercise

Strengthening lower limb muscles, improving balance ability, enhancing stability during standing up motion


Target

Lower limb muscle weakness, decreased balance ability, instability during sitting down


Muscles that can be trained

Quadriceps, gluteal muscles, hamstrings, triceps surae, tibialis anterior
