Strengthening lower body muscles, improving balance function


Target

Unsteadiness while walking, unsteadiness during sit-to-stand motions, lower limb muscle weakness


Muscles that can be trained

Quadriceps, triceps surae, gluteus maximus, erector spinae, iliopsoas, hamstrings, abdominal muscles
