Enhancing cardiopulmonary function, strengthening bones, improving blood pressure, improving circulation dynamics, strengthening lower limb muscles


Target

Hypertension, reduced endurance, decreased cardiopulmonary function, lower limb muscle weakness, cardiovascular diseases, lack of exercise, obesity, lower back pain


Muscles that can be trained

Quadriceps, gluteus maximus, hamstrings, gastrocnemius
