Stretching the shoulder joint muscles, stretching the scapular muscles, improving scapular mobility


Target

Difficulty raising the shoulder, shoulder pain, decreased scapular mobility


Muscles that can be stretched

Latissimus dorsi, triceps brachii, deltoid, teres minor
