Muscles that can be trained

Hip flexors / Rectus abdominis / Iliopsoas

Also known as a seated knee raise or chair leg raise.
Helps strengthen the core and hip flexor muscles.
Commonly used in rehabilitation, core training, and functional exercise programs.
