Purpose of the excercise

Improving scapular mobility, enhancing scapular flexibility, promoting thoracic spine extension


Target

Shoulder stiffness, shoulder pain, limited shoulder range of motion, rounded shoulders (kyphosis)


Muscles that can be stretched

Pectoralis major, pectoralis minor, trapezius, rhomboid major, rhomboid minor, levator scapulae
