Purpose of the excercise

Improving scapular mobility, strengthening the shoulder external rotator muscles


Target

Shoulder instability, decreased scapular mobility, rounded shoulders (kyphosis)


Muscles that can be trained

Teres minor, infraspinatus, rhomboid muscles


Muscles that can be stretched

Pectoralis major, subscapularis, teres major
