Usage of Exercise Materials
Q: Can I use the exercise materials downloaded during my membership even after cancellation?
A: No.
You cannot use any exercise materials downloaded during your membership after cancellation. If found to be using them improperly, a penalty fee of 500 USD per content piece may be charged.
However, materials distributed to patients or clients during your membership can continue to be used by the recipients even after cancellation. (Terms of Service)
Q: Can I distribute downloaded exercise materials to patients or clients for exercise guidance?
A: Yes. You can distribute downloaded exercise materials to patients or clients.
However, after cancellation, you cannot distribute materials, even if they were downloaded during your membership.

Q: Can I use downloaded exercise materials in newsletters or pamphlets?
A: Yes. You can include images of downloaded exercise materials in newsletters or pamphlets.
However, after cancellation, you cannot use the materials, even if they were downloaded during your membership.

Q: Can I post downloaded exercise materials on my website, blog, or social media?
A: Yes. You can freely post images of the exercise materials on your website, blog, or social media.
However, after cancellation, you cannot use the materials, even if they were downloaded during your membership.

Q: Can I use downloaded exercise materials in presentations or conferences?
A: Yes. You can use images of the downloaded exercise materials in presentations or conference materials.
However, after cancellation, you cannot use the materials, even if they were downloaded during your membership.

Membership, Cancellation, Sign In, and Email
Q: I created an account but don’t know how to register for a paid membership.
A: Normally, after creating an account, you should automatically proceed to the membership plan selection screen. If this did not happen, we apologize for the inconvenience.
You can register for a membership plan by following these steps:
After sign in into Physio Visuals with your created account, hover over your name in the top right corner and go to “My Account”. Then, proceed to “Register New Plan” at the bottom of the screen to select a membership plan.
Q: I forgot the email address or password required for sign in.
A: The email address and password required for sign in were sent to the email address you registered when creating your account. Please refer to that email. If you still cannot find it, please let us know through the “Contact Us” page. You can change your password through “Edit Account Information” on “My Account”.
Q: I want to cancel my paid membership.
A: To cancel your membership, go to “My Account” and click “Cancel Plan”.
You can access “My Account” by hovering over your name in the top right corner after sign in into Physio Visuals. Even after cancellation, you can use the service until the next billing date.
Q: I am not receiving emails from Physio Visuals (account information, bank transfer instructions, receipts, etc.).
A: Normally, you will receive guidance emails from Physio Visuals (@physiovisuals.com) when you create an account or sign up for a paid plan with bank transfer as the payment method. If you have not received these emails, please check your spam folder. If they are not there either, contact us through the “Contact Us” page. We will send the emails again.
Payment and Fees
Q: How do I change the credit card registered for payment?
A: After sign in into Physio Visuals, go to “My Account” and proceed to “View Registered Plan with Stripe” at the bottom of the screen.
Then, you can change the registered credit card under “Add Payment Method”. To access “My Account”, hover over your name in the top right corner after sign in into Physio Visuals.
Q: What are the fees for increasing the number of users (accounts) beyond 20 for corporate members?
A: Corporate members can register up to 20 users for a fee of 2,000 yen per month or 22,000 yen per year. For each additional 10 users, an extra 1,000 yen per month or 11,000 yen per year will be charged. An unlimited number of users can be registered for 6,000 yen per month or 66,000 yen per year.
These options can be selected during the membership registration process on the site.
Contracts and Accounts
Q: Can I share one account with multiple people at my workplace?
A: No. Sharing one account among multiple users is prohibited. Please sign up for a corporate contract if multiple people will use the service. (Terms of Service)
Q: If multiple facilities or branches within the same organization use Physio Visuals, is one corporate contract sufficient?
A: Yes. As long as the facilities or branches are within the same organization, one corporate contract is sufficient. However, you will need to contract for the number of accounts based on the total number of users. (Terms of Service)
Q: How are accounts managed if we sign up as a organization member?
A: When you sign up as a organization member, an account will first be created for the representative. The representative can then create and manage accounts for other users. The process is very simple. Instructions are available in the following video.
Receipts, Invoices, and Quotes
Q: Are receipts issued?
A: If you select bank transfer as your payment method, a receipt will be sent to your registered email address. If you pay by credit card and need a receipt, please contact us through the “Contact Us” page. We will issue a receipt promptly.
Q: Can I get a quote?
A: Please contact us through the “Contact Us” page. We will issue a quote promptly.
Q: Can I get a invoice?

Others
Q: Do users own the copyright to the downloaded exercise materials?
A: No.
All exercise materials on the site can be downloaded, edited, and modified, but the copyright is not waived. All materials are owned by the site operator, Yu Kawase. The copyright does not transfer regardless of the extent of modification. (Terms of Service)
Q: Can I register for a membership for just one month?
A: Yes.
If you need to use the exercise materials temporarily for newsletters or websites, please register for the membership during that period. Be sure to cancel your membership before the next renewal date. You can still use the member services until the next billing date after cancellation.
